Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.

NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.

US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.

International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.

Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE

Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.

As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

Takes the weight off

Bought it cause my little was getting clingy and heavy. Definitely has helped with taking the weight off my arms for those periods. The padding for the shoulder is extremely comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. This is great for those short outings or errands but I wouldn't recommend wearing this for long periods since it does put a pressure point on your shoulders. It also is hard to wear any sort of bag with it so you are resorted to carrying just the basics with you when you use it.
