AU & NZ Shipping: Standard shipping FREE on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate (AU 3-5 business days, NZ 4-7 business days). Express shipping available for $9.95 AUD (AU 1-2 business days, NZ 2-5 business days).
US Shipping: Standard shipping $9.95 USD flat rate (5-9 business days). Express shipping $15.95 USD flat rate (3-6 business days). You will NOT incur any additional import duties/tarrifs.
All international shipments require signature on delivery.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 30 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

I am not kidding when I tell you I absolutely love this baby carrier. My daughter is almost 4 weeks old and finally fits. We have been wearing it non-stop! (she loves it)
The weight is evenly distributed through the design meaning it doesn’t cause me any back pain or discomfort… not to mention how bloody cute it is!
I can’t wait to continue using this amazing baby carrier!

I’m a bit of a carrier aficionado these days, I’ve got a range of different carriers which I thought that I loved. I took the niggles in my back as part and parcel of carrying my baby on me all the time. I accepted that I couldn’t sit down without the waist band digging into me. Then I saw an ad for the Mumma Etc carrier. Not only are they beautiful, made of breathable fabric but the structure distributes baby’s weight so comfortably that I have zero back pain. It’s like she’s not even in me. I also love how comfortable both baby and I are sitting down in the carrier and I don’t feel too hot wearing it, even as we get into summer in Melbourne. Honestly I just want more colours to go with different outfits, but I’m resisting the urge. I’m so thrilled with my purchase and have recommended it to all my mum friends. My only criticism would be that I’d love an add on pouch or pocket so I can pop my keys, phone or money in and head out for a quick walk while baby is asleep inside. I’d buy a matching one in a heartbeat! 🤍

I purchased this for my second baby as I quickly realised I needed a carrier with 2 under 2. The carrier is really easy to adjust and I was able to quickly get the hand of wearing it after watching the videos on the QR codes. I have been wearing it for just over a week now and find it very comfortable. It’s great for around home but I’ve found it comfy enough to wear on walks and when out and about. It comes with me everywhere. Highly recommend ☺️

We have tried a few different carriers and this is by far the best one! I have two bad shoulders and using this carrier is allowing me to carry bub with no pain and be hands free for our toddler too. It's a fantastic product!
