AU & NZ Shipping: Standard shipping FREE on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate (AU 3-5 business days, NZ 4-7 business days). Express shipping available for $9.95 AUD (AU 1-2 business days, NZ 2-5 business days).
US Shipping: Standard shipping $9.95 USD flat rate (5-9 business days). Express shipping $15.95 USD flat rate (3-6 business days). You will NOT incur any additional import duties/tarrifs.
All international shipments require signature on delivery.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 30 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

Lightweight, quality fabric and easy carrier.
I had tried a different brand prior to this and found that quite bulky and unsupportive.
The mumma etc carrier is really supportive and feels good to wear. Really nice, aesthetic fabric!

Can’t rave about this product more. It folds super small to fit in my nappy bag which is super convenient. But for my baby who absolutely hates being in the pram and is a total nosy parker when out and about she’s so happy perched up there… and so is my back because it takes all the pressure off having to carry her and try do other things.
I also have to credit the fabric. It’s really beautiful and quality construction.

We had tried multiple carriers which we used daily, and then my friend brought around her Mumma Etc and I loved the look of it (so soft and comfy). Tried it on and Bub fell straight asleep in it. Purchased it the next day and have used it daily since. Our little guy loves it so much and I find it 100 times more comfortable than any of my other carriers. So glad I found this brand. I love the everyday carrier and the wrap equally (for different reasons) and can’t wait to buy the Hipsy next once Bub is big enough.

I was super hesitant in purchasing a carrier for our newborn but I’m so glad we went with this one! It goes with everything and our baby loves it. Can’t wait to see her grow with it.
