Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.
NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.
US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.
International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

Beautiful fabric, the fabrication is high quality and the buckles are lightweight but feel very sturdy. I'm not scared to get this dirty, it's so easy to use and pack away when no longer needed. I'm plus size (size 20) and my husband is 2m tall and it fits both of us nicely. Husband prefers this hipsy toddler carrier to our other classic forward facing carrier. Bub loves it and is very comfortable.

Game changer. Probably the most useful and impactful "parenting" item I've bought. Love taking the weight out of my arms and love how easy it is for those times a pram or full carrier feel like overkill. Zero regrets.

I’ve purchased many carriers and been unhappy with them or my baby hasn’t liked them. Since birth my baby has wanted to be held alllllll day. She’s 16 months now and nothings changed. My clingy toddler has reached 99th percentile for height and weight and this mommas body is SORE from constantly carrying her without support. I’ve seen many different brands of similar carriers to this one but they were all synthetic materials which was a deal breaker for me. I love that this carrier is completely natural fibers, even the strap, and that the seat of the carrier was plenty big. When I put it on for the first time I nearly cried. The relief!! 🥹 I can’t recommend this carrier enough. Fast shipping, extremely high quality product that I use literally every day, and even my toddler gets excited when she sees it because she knows it’s snuggle time 🥰 I’m so thankful for this company for having high standards and making a product that makes a very hard job a little bit easier.

My little man, and I, adore this carrier. He can be close, but not completely strapped to me. I love the pressure it takes off of my back. It means I can carrier him for much longer periods of time. Folds down nice and small and fits nicely in its little carry bag. I love it!!
