Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.
NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.
US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.
International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

I’ve tried other carriers but I have some sensory issues and found wraps frustrating and structured carriers uncomfortable and bulky. This is the perfect meet in the middle option. It’s super easy to set up and use and it’s so much more comfortable than I was expecting. It’s so soft and not bulky at all. Bub fell asleep in it the first time we tried it! It’s perfect for hands free at home or to throw in the bag for outings. I wish I had this for my first baby. Highly recommend!

Hands down the easiest and comfiest carrier. I was on the hunt for a carrier that was easy to put on as I’m not very flexible in my shoulders. The wide shoulder straps make it so comfortable to wear for longer periods. The linen is luxe. I cannot fault it, so happy with my purchase ❤️

This carrier is a MUST. The design is so well thought out and it’s so simple to put on by yourself. My bubba was so stressed in other carriers we tried and would thrash and scream but the Mumma etc was effortless for him. I can’t recommend enough and the best part?! You can throw it into the wash if needed. I’m going to buy a second one to have so I’m never without ❤️

So thankful for this carrier. This is my 6th baby, and I had been using another carrier brand previously for my other 5. It always managed to slip off my shoulders, but not mumma etc. as the cross over behind your back keeps it comfortable. Beautiful material that is light in summer but cosy enough in winter. Very happy with this carrier!! And wish it was out when I had my other babies. Well done!
