Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.
NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.
US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.
International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

I am so thrilled with this purchase. The quality and feel is beautiful and so comfortable for my special little girl. She absolutely loves it; she’s almost one and she’s excited every time I get it out because she knows she gets to be close to me but still have a bit of her own independence.
The carrier is really comfortable for myself and her, and she fits on my side perfectly supported with her legs in the correct position. Super easy to get her in and out of, and packs easily in a lovely bag that fits perfectly in my handbag. Definitely recommend as an arm and shoulder saver!

This is the best thing I’ve bought for my toddler! It takes the weight off but sits really well on my shoulder not going into my neck which is so helpful plus it looks really good!

This carrier is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It’s smaller than a front carrier so easier to pop in the pram or just to carry. It’s comfortable to wear and my daughter LOVES it. I have to hide it from her because as soon as she sees it she wants to go in it. It’s perfect when she needs some extra love and wants to be carried around at home, or when she gets sick of the pram, or at the shops. It’s just the best. She always liked the front carrier, but nowhere near as much as she loves the Hipsy carrier. Highly recommend! The free hat is adorable too.
