AU & NZ Shipping: Standard shipping FREE on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate (AU 3-5 business days, NZ 4-7 business days). Express shipping available for $9.95 AUD (AU 1-2 business days, NZ 2-5 business days).
US Shipping: Standard shipping $9.95 USD flat rate (5-9 business days). Express shipping $15.95 USD flat rate (3-6 business days). You will NOT incur any additional import duties/tarrifs.
All international shipments require signature on delivery.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 30 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

So easy to take on/off. The wide shoulder straps take all the pressure off so its comfy to wear and looks lovely too

Absolutely obsessed with this carrier! It is so comfortable and I use it everyday. I constantly get compliments on it and is easy to wash when needed. Couldn’t recommend enough! So glad I splurged on it.

Tried 4 different carriers when I had my son and none quite hit the mark. This carrier is incredible - it’s comfortable and very easy on the eyes. No notes!

My baby is 2 months old and hated every other carrier but she loves this carrier. She instantly went in and didn't cry, other carrier I found were so hard to put on and she would get so grumpy quickly. But the mumma etc daily carrier is perfect, it's beautiful fabric, easy to put on and suitable for newborns. My baby is also on the smaller side and fits comfortably, I finally have some freedom back in my life to do some chores since she wants to be on me all the time. Definitely would recommend for any new mums who are struggling with a Velcro baby and have a never ending to do list!
