6. Do we transfer or disclose any personal information overseas?
We do not, and do not presently intend to, disclose or transfer any personal information to overseas recipients. If at some point in the future this position changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient will not breach the APPs Your personal information may be transferred overseas if we sell, transfer or disclose our database of personal information to an actual or potential successor entity, purchaser or investor who is located or has offices overseas. It is not practicable to specify the likely countries in which recipients of information may be located in this regard.

9. SMS
This Privacy Policy governs how we treat personal information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”), which we make available to you.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
Through the use of the Service, we and/or our third party service providers will receive your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us.
We will send you information via SMS including, amongst other things, information and reminders about promotions and abandon cart communications. We use cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
You can opt in to the Service via website, social media, email & in-store.
Message STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages.
10. US residents
Residents of certain US States have specific rights under State laws. If you are a resident of California, the processing of your personal information by us is likely to be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) which provides you with certain enhanced privacy rights which should be read in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.

- to opt-out of sale of personal information. consumers are able to direct a business that sells personal information to stop selling that information. Children under the age of 16 must provide opt in consent, with a parent or guardian consenting for children under 13 (however, please be aware that our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. - to non-discrimination in terms of price or service when a consumer exercises a privacy right under CCPA.
- We do not sell personal information of customers to third parties. We do permit third parties to collect information for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
