Sling - Coco

Ordered yesterday afternoon and received this morning! I only paid for standard shipping.

Carrier is great quality and easy to use. Also gifted me a free swaddle wrap!

I have both the wrap carrier and sling and they're probably my favorite parenting items. Sling is perfect around the house, I can play and spend time with my toddler and get chores done while keeping my marsupial baby happy and the carrier is perfect for walks and going out. SO soft and comfy to wear and both are so easy to put on. Love em. Epic products. 1 million stars. 1000 points to griffindor

The more we use the sling carrier the more I love it! It’s super easy to use and I’ve found it can comfortably be left on while sitting around and (without baby in) while driving, which makes it easy to drop the little one in when we arrive at a destination.
I much prefer this sling to the popular jersey wrap carriers which are so stretchy I feel like I still need to hold baby to stop her bouncing around too much and keep her safe, the rigid linen holds her close and keeps her snug and I can be (mostly) hands free!
I adore the russet colour too!

I really enjoy the ease and simplicity of this wrap. Once bub is settled in his seat it frees up my hands for other things. The quality of the fabric is so well made and is a lovely linen. I'm still learning how to breastfeed in it.. it's a lot harder than it looks!

Oh how I love my sing sling! So easy to just chuck in the nappy bag and I can use it just as easily with my 15kg 14 month old or my 1 month old. Amazing quality too, just can’t go wrong

It does everything it says it does! Once you watch the tutorial it’s easy to thread and tighten. My daughter will only be bounced to sleep so having her in the sling takes so much pressure off my wrists. And she is secure and cosy up against me when she does fall asleep, it’s even handy to feed her in once she wakes up. We love it!

Love my new sling. Great for when you need to throw a carrier on quickly to take baby around, and save me from the wrist pain. Added bonus that it’s so stylish and such a beautiful fabric.

The perfect carrier! My baby hates every other one I've tried but loves this one.

I still need more practice but it's love so far! My baby loves being in it and sometimes it helps to encourage him to take a little nap.

Whilst my baby was tiny I found myself feeling like traditional carriers were too big for him which felt unsafe, and I really wanted something quick and easy to pop Bub in and out whilst I did little things around the house like washing bottles or even going to the bathroom. This was the perfect solution to that problem but I didn’t imagine just how much my baby would love this thing. He falls asleep straight away and gives me the freedom to move about and use my hands. This is also great when eating out - no more ordering only one handed foods! And you can use it to feed discretely whilst out and about. I’d recommend this for every mumma with a newborn.

I'm really glad I bought this sling. Its tricky to use but after watching lots of videos and practising I've become more confident in using it and find it quite comfortable. My 3 month old also seems to like it. It looks good and the fits well (I'm 178cm/80ish kg and got the normal/short length). My only criticism is that it would be nice if the linen was worn in/treated to make it softer so I didn't have to do it when it arrived.

This sling is so easy to put on and take off and put baby in and take her out. It’s so comfy and my baby loves it because she can sit slightly to the side and see more of what’s going on around her. I’ve been using this non stop since it arrived and find it way easier than a stretchy wrap carrier while my baby is still small. I think I will use it on my hip when bubs is bigger too. Love the fabric as well.

Before buying I tried to look for clips on the mumma etc page but they mostly had the daily carrier or the hip slip.
It would be great if there were more clips on how to use the sling.

There are times I’m concerned that the bottom of the fabric is too tight and it might be cutting off bubs circulation. However her feet don’t change colour and bub also looks happy in the sling.
It would be great to have someone experience to review my sling technique and get feedback or reassurance that I’m doing everything correctly.

the fabric on the ring sling is not soft and buttery as described but scratchy and itchy to wear.. Extremely disappointed in fabric description vs the product received.

Waiting to hear back about my refund request.

Love the ring sling, quality is great and the colour is very stylish. Easy to wash, but doesn’t seem to fold up as compact as a cotton wrap for transport. If you’re tossing up between the ring sling and the wrap, the pros of the ring sling are that it’s real easy to tighten and the firm linen doesn’t loosen as easily as a cotton one. You can skillfully slip it over your head and put your baby in it after they’ve fallen asleep in your arms. Cons, doesn’t support their neck that well, if they’re a wiggler you need to readjust constantly so their bum is in properly and they don’t slip out the bottom. I use it to distribute weight when carrying my baby on my hip, will get months of use out of it

I think the only comfortable position for an alert baby is on the side with the sling. All the other positions are really for a newborn or small sized older baby. My 9+kg 6 month old is only happy on the side and it’s the only position I feel him supported in. The whole ring itself kind of pulls out of position away from the collar bone with that weight of baby. Think we missed the opportunity, would have been better to have earlier on.

I purchased a ring sling and it has been an absolute lifesaver! It's so easy to put the baby in the ring sling when I need to pick up her big sister from Kindy and not have to juggle several things (bag, baby, older child).
I was using a stretchy wrap previously but it was getting too hot for baby and took too long to put on. The ring sling goes on so quickly and is very light, ensuring baby doesn't get too warm.

I really, really wanted to love this—especially because I love the Mumma Etc. brand, and their customer service was honestly outstanding. We were deciding between the ring sling and the hip carrier, and since my baby isn’t 9 months yet, we chose the ring sling.

The quality is phenomenal, but unfortunately, my bub keeps slipping out of the bottom no matter what position I try. I've watched the instructional video a million times to see what I might be doing wrong—haha.

She’s 6.5 months old and around 8 kg. I’m also pretty short, so maybe the ring sling just isn’t the right fit for us!

My son loves the ring sling and it has been a game changer during a time where he would only contact nap through the day. The fabric is soft and luxe and the instructional videos were very helpful. I know I will get use out of my sling well into his toddler years, so the investment is more than worth it

I had already purchased this carrier prior to birth and ended up with an unplanned c-section. This has been my favourite carrier to use in the first few weeks postpartum because the weight is distributed on your shoulder and there’s no pressure on the belly!

My 4 months old love this sling as she can see everything around her. It feels very secure and looks great.

I have a 3.5 month old that would immediately cry in every carrier I tried before. I bought the Mumma etc Sling carrier last month.

He liked being held so I thought this carrier might work and give my arns a break.

He still fussed initially, but after I booked a video call for advice, I made a couple of tweaks to his positioning and he now settles in this carrier easily, with no fussing.

It's a great quality product but the customer service blew me away!

Sling - Russet

Easy to use, secure, breathable

Absolutely love my sling carrier, so easy to throw on as opposed to the normal wrap carriers (which I also love!) but a quick alternative when needed. Bub is also quite supported when awake with his head out which makes it perfect for when out and about with an awake Bub (3 months old). Love it so much. Beautiful quality and colour. Would definitely purchase another one if my husband didn’t think 5 baby carriers was already enough for one baby….
