Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.
NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.
US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.
International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

Love this carrier so much! So comfortable and soft, my baby and toddler love it. I love how stylish it is, looks great!

Tried a few carriers and this one was the winner. So comfortable and just looks better with most of my clothes. No more shoulder pain and a wriggly baby; we are both so happy!

Love the mumma etc carrier. It’s easy to use without help from others & can do so at a moments notice. It looks stylish & can be worn on any occasion. My only note, living in hot QLD, it can get quite sweaty underneath and bub demands to be taken out. Overall would recommend to a friend!

Our carrier has been an absolute game changer for our LO. We have one for the car and one for home. I couldn’t imagine those early days with our bub without having this carrier handy. It’s made beautifully and is so soft and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This carrier is great! Very sturdy yet comfortable. It is very handy when needing to do a grocery shop with a baby. The only downside is I can't tighten the waist belt any further. I am quite petite and slim so it feels a little bit looser than I'd like.
