Australia Shipping: Australia Post standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $5.95 AUD flat rate. Australia Post express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $9.95 AUD.
NZ Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is $15 AUD flat rate.
US Shipping: DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders over $150 USD, $7 USD on orders over $50 USD, otherwise $20 USD flat rate.
International Shipping: DHL Express shipping is $35 AUD flat rate.
Exchanges and Refunds: Exchanges, credit notes or full refunds available for change of mind provided the product is not a sale item, returned within 14 days of delivery and in resaleable condition. Replacement (where possible) or full refund offered on faulty/damaged items. All international orders considered final sale once shipped.

CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use a gentle detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and do not store in direct sunlight.
As the fabric is used, washed and loved, it will soften and fade, adding more character overtime.

Our Mumma Etc. baby carrier has been so well loved and used since receiving it. It’s very easy to get on and off, especially when myself with baby. As someone who experiences chronic back and pelvic pain this carrier feels so comfortable and incredibly light weight to wear, but still feels really supportive for both Bub and I. My husband loves using it too and it’s ability to easily adjust means it can work for both of us on the go. The fabric feels very high quality and it works for all temperatures. With so many beautiful colour ways to choose from it was hard to settle but the cove print was our favourite. Our baby loves being in this carrier, it’s an absolute must have baby item!

It took me a long time to purchase my carrier but am SO glad I did. With baby #3, it's been a game changer for getting anything done. I don’t need to stress about spending so much time rocking her to sleep and getting her down in the bassinet when I need to attend to my other kids. I simply strap her in and she’s asleep within minutes. It's ALSO great for the over tired naps, to recover the day. And not to mention, it's super comfortable, unlike other carriers I’ve used in the past. It doesn’t give me a sore back and doesn’t feel like I’m lugging around a baby.

Purchasing this carrier was the best thing! My newborn falls asleep right away in it. Plus its comfortable to wear, even with a c section.

I definitely recommend this carrier, it's really comfortable and easy to use. I took a light color and wouldn't recommend that because it gets dirty (when I'm eating and baby wearing) and it shows every little spot
