Description

The Sling Carrier is a single-layer linen ring sling for newborns through to toddlers, supporting 3.6kg to 16kg (8lb to 35lb). It is one piece of handwoven linen threaded through two rings, adjusted by pulling the tail, and worn over one shoulder.

Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water, using a mild detergent free of brighteners. Hang in the shade to dry and store out of direct sunlight. Do not dry clean.

What is a ring sling?

A ring sling is a single piece of fabric worn over one shoulder and secured through two rings, holding your baby snug against your body. It's one of the quickest, most minimal ways to carry, perfect for the early days at home and quick trips out.

What age can I use the sling from?

From newborn (3.6kg) right through to toddlerhood (15.9kg). The single-layer linen is lightweight and perfect for those first months, and supportive enough to keep going.

Is a baby sling safe for newborns?

Yes, worn correctly. Keep bub high, tight and close enough to kiss, following the T.I.C.K.S. checklist. Our slings meet strict international safety standards (CPSIA and ASTM) and are approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as hip-healthy.

Can I breastfeed in the sling?

Yes, the sling is made for feeding on the go. Lower bub to breast height, feed, then lift them back up high and tight when you're done.

Which length should I choose?

Standard suits most mummas. Long (230cm, an extra 40cm) is recommended for babywearing daddas and tall or plus-size mummas.

What is the sling made from?
